Our farm is made up of a herd of 250 goats of the "Alpine chamois" breed. The cheeses are made from freshly milked milk
The milk is matured with lactic ferments. The flagship product of our farm is the "Cabécou du Périgord" (35 g.). We also make two other cheeses: "Le fromage Fermier", ladled (250 g.) and cottage cheese in faisselle (170 g.).
