At Gus and Olga's, it smells of traditional flavors. The chef, Gus, is THE benchmark for "farcidures" on Tulle, a local specialty to eat in or take away. A family restaurant with a very strong working-class spirit. An atmosphere that recalls that the restaurant is in the heart of the Weapons Factory district, where thousands of workers used to eat after hard work.
