Foie gras in Paulin
  • La Ferme de Pleinefage is located in the village of Paulin, at the crossroads of three départements: Corrèze, Dordogne and Lot.
    We force-feed and prepare duck speciality dishes. All our products are prepared on the farm and, of course, by our team.
    We also produce AOC Périgord walnuts and Limousin label pork.
    We sell our products on the markets of Brive, St Geniès and Salignac.
    You are also welcome to participate in our foie gras preparation lessons.
