Description
Hamid Moumen is a musician, singer, and master of the guembri from Essaouira, Morocco. Following the release of his first solo album, *Mlouks Gnaoua*, in 2002, he has continued his musical exploration of the intersection between tradition and modernity through his solo project, in which he reinterprets the Gnaoua repertoire using a loop station.
