The proposed routes, ranging from 1h30 to a full day, will allow everyone to find one adapted to their desire and level. The activity is accessible from 8 years old (accompanied by an adult). The river courses are only available when the water level allows it.

Based at the Château de la Diège in Ussel, our leisure centre offers a wide range of activities all year round for all types of public (groups, individuals, specialised centres, children, adults, etc.), either for hire or supervised by qualified instructors: stand up paddle, mountain biking, orienteering, archery, blowpipe, climbing, hiking, tree climbing, etc....
