Nadaillac is situated on the borders of the Périgord, between the Quercy Causses and the Corrézian country. The word comes from a Gallo-Roman personal name followed by "acum": Natalius formed from the Latin Natalis (natal, by birth) and means "the domain of Christmas" !
The parish of Nadaillac is mentioned as early as 1099 in the cartulary of Uzerche.
