Description
The existence of paved paths in the woods marks the human presence and still characterizes the woods of Monmadalès and surroundings. A mosaic of landscapes offers itself to the walker with its orchards mixing plum trees on one side, walnut trees on the other and vines facing them. The presence of a loading crane testifies to the winegrowing activity still present. Still in use at the end of the 20th century, they were used to transport the harvest to the nearest wine press.
