Discover the Lalinde Canal
To facilitate navigation on the Dordogne, a privileged communication axis of the southern Périgord since the High Middle Ages, the Lalinde canal was dug between 1838 and 1843 between Mauzac and Tuilières. You will find locks, basins, aqueducts, lockmaster's houses and in particular the Tuilières staircase all along the canal
