Description

Sébastien Bannino, founder of Brasserie L'Ermite, is developing a line of authentic beers, brewed with passion and highlighting high-quality ingredients. He produces craft beers by overseeing every step of the brewing process. La Bière Noire du Viaduc is brewed with roasted malt to give it a color reminiscent of the Viaduc des Rochers Noirs. Sébastien uses high-quality ingredients, prioritizing local sources whenever possible. The beers are sold directly to consumers, at farmers’ markets, in local shops, and at events. To sample these beers, along with other refreshments, head to La Terrasse de Chez Firmin, which offers a superb panoramic view of the viaduct from the Rocher de la Buse. Open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. through August 31; Friday through Sunday in September.
