The heliciculture farm was created in April 2023 and can accommodate up to 300,000 snails in an area of 1,000m2. A processing laboratory is currently being created. From breeding to the production and processing of gros gris snails, Jean-François sells his products mainly at the farm, on festive markets, to restaurateurs and caterers.
