On Tuesday 21 July at 8.30 pm, Chancelade Abbey will resound with the exceptional voices of the Octo Voces ensemble. For their fourth visit, organised at the request of the Friends of the Abbey, the vocal octet will present a captivating programme entitled “Les chants du Livre” in this historic setting, exploring texts from the Old Testament.
Enhanced by the abbey’s unique acoustics, this concert promises to be a deeply moving experience, accessible to all: ordinary worshippers, history enthusiasts and passionate lovers of polyphonic beauty alike.
