This cozy, comfortable new apartment has been created in a villa surrounded by enclosed, secure wooded grounds, including a large 17-meter swimming pool. The very quiet property, built on the heights of Razac, enjoys a splendid panoramic view over the Isle valley. The villa is divided into 3 independent apartments, 2 of which are reserved for holidaymakers. The living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool, and comprises a dining area with fitted kitchen and sitting area. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and direct access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a desk. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower.
