Nestling in the heart of the vineyards, the “Domaine de Fonpeyroune” stretches over 30 hectares of meadows, fields and woods. A small river borders the property and a spring provides its water. (In Occitan, Fonpeyroune means “spring from the round stone.”) The peace and quiet make this place quite delightful for a relaxing stay beside the swimming pool, or as a haven of peace after a day spent visiting places of interest, monuments, châteaux, caves, bastides (fortified towns), of which the Perigord has a plethora.
