The CAB?s elected representatives wanted a hybrid, modular facility capable of hosting business events and seminars, as well as cultural events and live performances. It comprises a large hall with a capacity of up to 2,800 people seated/standing, and meeting rooms of different sizes and divisibility, with proven versatility and everyday uses.
