FARM PRODUCTS: white asparagus, walnut oil, butternut and pumpkin. Jean-Pierre has been running the family farm since 1986. It is located in Carennac in the Lot, in the heart of the Dordogne valley. He produces white asparagus and squash. He takes great care of this demanding crop in order to offer you asparagus that is not too stringy. He also harvests walnuts which he transforms into oil. The whole farm is in reasoned agriculture because he is concerned about the quality of the products he offers as well as the environment.
