In the heart of the Périgord Noir, in Les Eyzies, 25kms from Sarlat, close to remarkable tourist and prehistoric sites. Our gîte is located in a protected forest environment where peace and quiet are assured. This brand new 80m² single-storey timber-framed gîte is suitable for people with reduced mobility. (Guide and assistance dogs welcome). The accommodation consists of a large, bright living room (with lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen), 3 spacious bedrooms (2 single beds each) and an accessible shower room with WC. Summer and winter comfort with reversible air conditioning. Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Private heated swimming pool with terrace, sunbathing area of 30m². Private and shaded parking.
