Situated in a park with trees and flowers, in a quiet and wooded area, we reside in the charming commune of St Avit de Vialard, a place called Constant, bordering the pretty and lively commune of Le Bugue sur Vézère, in the Vézère valley in the Périgord Noir. We are at the crossroads between Bergerac, Sarlat la Canéda and Périgueux, Monpazier. We are 6 km from the Valley of Man (Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites) and 15 km from the Dordogne Valley (Valley of History with its medieval castles and listed villages). We have 2 gîtes (named "Vézère" and "Dordogne" after the two main rivers in the Périgord) and our house is in the centre. Each gîte is independent. Swimming pool to share.
