In the heart of the medieval city of Martel, small town house with 3 rooms from 1560 and a total surface of 70 m2. This renovated village house is built on 3 levels, and offers a a large shaded terrace of 5 m2 and a closed garden of 200m2. The room on the ground floor, particularly cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower (marble shower tray) and natural stone sinks. The toilets are independent. The common room with open kitchen is located on the ground floor and is directly accessible from the garden via the Zig Zag street. It opens directly onto the shaded terrace and the garden. The second bedroom with its adjoining bathroom is located on the upper floor with a sloping roof. Minimum stay of one week.
