"Old restored hotel-restaurant that can accommodate up to 8 people, located in the center of Treignac (village labeled "small city of character" and gateway to the plateau of Millevaches) with enclosed garden shared with another gite. On the first floor, large living room/lounge/kitchen of 60m2. WC. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms with 2 beds in 140 and 4 beds in 90, shower room and separated toilets. The advantages: shops and services nearby (200m), lake with blue flag at 3 km for swimming, fishing on the lake or river, aquatic activities (canoeing, pedal boat, aquapark, paddle?), nature sport resort for mountain biking, paragliding, hiking? Baby equipment (bed, high chair, etc.) available on request. A second gîte is available. Ideal for family reunions, between friends or for sporting stays (total capacity 8+8 or 16 people)."
