Situated in Périgord Pourpre, halfway between the Atlantic coast and the Périgord Noir, 30 kms from Saint Emilion and 25 kms from Bergerac, charming gîte for 6/8 people, 96 m2, crossing East/West, close to an equestrian centre and a wellness institute, the environment remains calm. 5 kms from a small town (shops) and the Dordogne river, where you will find equipped beaches and canoe clubs. The nautical bases of Gurçon and La Cadie. Further east you will find the tourist sites of Sarlat, les Eyzies, Rocamadour, Lascaux, the Padirac chasm, castles and caves of the Dordogne valley. To the west you will find the prestigious castles and vineyards of the Bordeaux region. Then you will continue towards the shores of the Arcachon basin and the immense beaches of the Landes.
