Tall, lanky, and colorful, Tuga is ready to do anything to make the most of an afternoon at the beach—even if it means teasing his neighbors on the beach, much to their delight.
Workshops are also waiting for you on site: the world’s smallest carousel, giant instruments, and wooden games from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
