Our restaurant is 100% organic (certified) and vegetarian, and most of our ingredients come from short supply chains.
For the past 10 years, we've been serving seasonal market cuisine, prepared every morning according to our inspiration and desires.
Every day, you'll have a choice of 2-3 starters, main courses and desserts, including at least one vegan and one gluten-free in each category.
