Description
Visit and discovery of force-feeding. From breeding to force-feeding, come and visit a farm in the heart of the Périgord: fresh foie gras, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras, semi-cooked foie gras with pineau, duck aiguillettes, foie gras terrines with Sauternes. Free visit with tasting on Friday at 10am in July and August (limited places - please book).
Shop open every day (except Sunday) from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm.
Covid 19
- Fresh products: duck breasts, foie gras, rillettes, sleeves, gizzards... All our fresh products can be vacuum-packed.
- Preserves: confit, truffle pate, ...
- Escalope marinated in olive and rosemary, (citrus fruit, Espelette peppers, barbecue sauces) Walnut oil
- Pick up 9h-12h30 & 14h-19h Monday to Saturday.
Saturday delivery, please order before Friday noon. - 20 km with 30€ min. Mobile phone number required.
