La Métairie du Fraysse is a carefully restored stone and slate house that has retained its beautiful regional appearance without sacrificing any of its comforts. It is located in a hamlet not far from the Dordogne Gorges, 20 km from Argentat and Egletons. The attractive living area comprises a lounge (wood-burning stove, WiFi, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system) and a well-equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine). Also on the ground floor, 3 pretty bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) sleep 5. The bathroom (2 basins, bath) and WC are separate. A large enclosed, shady garden (barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers) completes this elegant, comfortable and functional property. A great address for absolute peace and quiet! This property is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
