The house has 3 bedrooms (1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 140 and a choice of 2 beds of 80 or 1 bed of 160) with storage space in each room, a bathroom with bathtub and a large Italian shower. The toilets are separate.
There is air conditioning in the main room and underfloor heating for cooler periods.
There is a large terrace with a table for meals and 2 deckchairs for relaxing. The property is fully enclosed with an electric gate.
You will have a space in the garage to park bicycles or strollers.
