Since 1980, our artisanal cannery has been preparing regional products based on traditional Quercy recipes. Specialising in foie gras, our cannery prepares pâtés, terrines, confits... in its cast-iron casseroles and lets you rediscover flavours that are sometimes forgotten. Our direct sales shop - cellar and delicatessen - is in Martel next to the post office. You will also find there a selection of the best products of the region.
