Located in the heart of Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux, Le Moulin aux Ans welcomes you to its 5 gîtes in all seasons. Nestled in a green setting where the magic of water reigns everywhere, it will seduce you with its beauty, tranquility and authenticity. Formerly the forge?s office (in operation from the 18th to the 19th century), this charming gîte, with its stonework and exposed beams, boasts a plunging view over the river. It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room with WC and a shaded balcony (garden furniture and BBQ). Shared with the other gîtes: a vast garden (4ha), a beautiful secure swimming pool (from May to the end of September) and numerous activities: gym and jacuzzi (free, from 16 years, jacuzzi closed in July/August), pétanque, ping-pong, trampoline, fishing, badminton, chicken coop...
