Ideally situated ten minutes south of Sarlat near the banks of the Dordogne river, Le Petit Manoir de Vitrac is an exclusive late 19th century property, surrounded by wide landscaped grounds with a heated saltwater pool, in a quiet residential area. Le Pommier is a small country house opening due west onto a large private garden with a terrace, patio furniture and BBQ, out of sight of neighboring cottages. On the first floor, 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom await. The neighbouring Pigeonnier can be rented as an additional bedroom with independent access (double bed 140cm), with full bathroom. The
