Located 6 km from Bergerac, this bright, air-conditioned 100 m² house is set in 6,000 m² of wooded grounds with a pond. You'll enjoy a large, convivial 60 m² living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, ideal for sharing great moments with family or friends. The gîte has three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with 160cm bed and private shower room, and two bedrooms with 140cm beds. An independent shower room and two WCs complete the ensemble. The south/west-facing terraces, barbecue and above-ground pool in July and August invite you to relax. Situated in a peaceful setting, the gîte is the perfect base for discovering the region's many attractions: hiking trails, castles, caves, vineyards, not to mention the local gastronomy. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
