Come and recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of our 3-key gîte by the water. It's a fully restored, fully-equipped former stable in a hamlet. The house is detached, with a covered terrace and a private park shaded and fenced on 3 sides. At the far end of the park, on the 4th side, flows the Vézère river. A rowing boat and oars are at your disposal, as well as a fridge for fishing. The gîte has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own shower room/WC. The first has a 160cm bed that can be converted into two 80cm beds, while the second has a 160cm bed. On the first floor, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, living room and bathroom/WC... Baby equipment (cot, bathtub, high chair) and cleaning products can be borrowed free of charge on request. Garden furniture, swing, deckchairs, barbecue and rowing boat are provided. Pets welcome. Household linen: optional
