Detached, single-storey gîte set in 1000 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees. The house is located 1.5 km from the village with all its local shops, and 500 m from the lake, with a supervised beach with petanque, tennis, pedal-boats, sailing, canoeing and accrobranche; a second supervised beach with children's games, petanque, restaurant and water-skiing. For fishing enthusiasts, the lake is renowned for its pike, zander, catfish, carp... Just 20 minutes from Marcillac la Croisille, the Dordogne is renowned for its trout and grayling. Haute Corrèze also has mushroom forests, hiking trails, the Musée du Président Sarran, the Plateau de Millevaches, the Rochers Noirs viaduct...
