It's with great pleasure that we welcome you to this pleasant village house in Saint Geniés, in the heart of Périgord Noir, a place steeped in history where pleasure, culture, nature and gastronomy come together. This charming house, with its spacious, bright rooms, bears witness to a remarkable rural heritage. It comprises: - On the first floor, a large living room, a separate kitchen with pantry and a shower room with WC. - Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms with 140x190 beds, one with a 90x190 bed, bathroom and toilet. Outside, a vast flower-filled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. From spring to autumn, you can take full advantage of this village with its shops and gourmet markets. Housework done on arrival. The house must be left clean. Failure to do so will result in a 100? cleaning charge.
