Maison Godard is a family-run cannery founded in 1978 by Alain and Michèle Godard, joined by their children Pascal and Annabel, and then by their grandson Thibaut. For 3 generations, the family has been united by the same passion: to use the finest local produce to produce foies gras, foie gras and truffle specialties, confits, pâtés and ready-made meals, always with the utmost respect for quality and authenticity. Godard is also Chambon & Marrel Passionate about the culinary arts, Alain Godard?s path crossed in Souillac with the destiny of one of the oldest truffle trading houses ?Chambon & Marrel? suppliers to Nicholas II, Tsar of Russia, in 1911.
