Louis Roque Distillery - Musée de la Vieille Prune A family distillery from father to son, it was Louis 3rd of the name who decided in 1905 to set up in Souillac and became the local speciality for plum brandies. This know-how, passed down through five generations, ensures the perenniality of the distillery. Come and visit the museum and the cellars of this artisanal distillery. Here, each bottle is corked, waxed and labelled by hand in front of you, in the purest respect of tradition.
