Small, fully renovated house (adjoining the owners' house), on 2 levels, set in a vast 3.5-hectare fenced meadow overlooking a 4-hectare forest with tracks leading down to the river. It sleeps 3 people. Ground floor: living room with sofa and TV, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster) and dining area, shower room with washing machine, separate WC. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Absolute peace and quiet, with hiking trails starting from the gîte. No smoking. Pets welcome. Horses and riders welcome Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
