Description

With its steep slate roofs and granite stones, Meymac proudly displays its mountain character. At the gateway to the Millevaches plateau, Meymac's picturesque lanes wind through the upper town, around the clock tower, and the lower town, around the former Saint-André abbey. Also worth a visit is the Saint-Léger church, home to a 12th-century statue of the Black Madonna. Guided tours for groups available all year round on request. Contact Tourisme Haute-Corrèze
