In a move to diversify its business, the VO Kitchen team, famous for its 100% Correze hot dog, has embarked on artisanal beekeeping. With a herd of around 30 beehives, planted in carefully chosen areas, the farm makes the most of the richness of the local flora and biotope. The bees produce a variety of artisanal honeys, from wildflowers to chestnut trees, reflecting the diversity and quality of the Correze region. Each jar of honey bears witness to the farmer?s respect for nature and know-how, offering consumers an authentic, local and tasty product.
