Open Day: Chocolatier Hervé Robin

Chocolaterie Hervé Robin invites you to the 12th edition of its open days on 7 and 8 November, from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. Shop and workshop in Notre Dame de Sanilhac: — From cocoa bean to chocolate: the secrets of a little-known alchemy. — From chocolate to sweets: we’ll be talking about French pralines, ganache and mayonnaise, and even marzipan (if you really insist). — Autumn–winter collection. — All-you-can-drink hot chocolate, followed by spectacular, unforgettable demonstrations. — The marshmallow bears you’ve been waiting for for ages. — The best biscuits ever (if we may be so bold). At our shops in Périgueux (Place du Coderc) and Bergerac (under the market hall): — A cosmic hot chocolate is on offer all day long. Free entry. Booking not compulsory but recommended.
