On a clear day, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Puy Mary mountain range, as well as magnificent sunsets. Ideally situated just a few kilometers from Neuvic, with its large lake offering numerous sports and outdoor activities, this charming vacation home enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Haute-Dordogne gorges and the Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne. You'll find it on Route Départementale 168, 12 km south-east of Neuvic, on the Ajustants tourist route. The nearby Belvedere offers an exceptional view of the confluence of the Dordogne and Sumène rivers, as well as the Aigle dam reservoir, built between 1935 and 1945. A picnic area is also available.
