Our chilli farm respects nature, weeding and harvesting are done by hand (from the end of August to the first frosts). You will find our chilli pepper in all its variations (powder, puree, oil, jelly...). An artisanal mustard (30 flavours) and other home-made specialities (cookies, gingerbread) made in our laboratory.
