Description
Saint Amand saffron comes from sustainable cultivation in the valleys of Périgord Noir. In Saint Amand de Coly, Christian Deljarrit harvests his saffron from 600 square meters of flowered land, and makes liqueurs and jams. The priest farmer also produces and sells the vegetables he grows on his Bazénies farm.
