The apple is the iconic fruit of Corrèze. The Golden Delicious, with its AOP designation, is one of the best known. And yet, other varieties of apples and fruit trees thrive in our Corrèze region. Located in the town of Saint-Pardoux-Corbier, Annick PEYRAMAURE founded her company, Les Fruits de Maumont, under the brand name "TOUTI FRUITS." A 16-hectare family farm with eco-friendly production of apples, organic pears, and organic kiwis. But also apricots. In the orchard, nearly a dozen varieties of apples are grown: Mairac, Daliclass, Dalilight, Chanteloup, Delbard, Jonagold, Sainte Germaine, Chanteclerc, and Fuji.
