Description
Led by Etienne, this workshop introduces you to the basics of ballroom dancing.
The workshop covers universal traditional dances (mazurka, 3/4-time waltz, Scottish dance, Circassian circle dance, etc.) and regional dances (bourrées, Ossau chain dance, rondeaux, congo, Argenton circle dance, maraîchine, andro, Israeli waltz, etc.). In total, more than 30 dances are taught throughout the year in this workshop.
Eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Be a member of the Mille et Un Trads association (€15/year)
Pricing:
- One free trial workshop in September
- Options available afterward: a 10-workshop pass for 50€ or an annual subscription for one type of workshop (approximately 35–38 workshops per year) for 120€
- Youth aged 16–18 and students or apprentices receive a 50% discount on these amounts, excluding membership fees
