Superb villa with private pool, in Sarlat, just 1.5 km from the medieval city, in the countryside and surrounded by a beautiful green setting. A beautiful and large holiday home with 8 beds and its guest house in annex for 4 pers. All can accommodate 12 people in total. Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x6m) in the middle of the garden. And its summer kitchen, at the bottom of the garden, fully equipped, with table football! Enclosed and flowered garden, private parking and closed in front of the house. Pleasant in summer with its garden and pool, but also in winter with its large living room and dining room under a beautiful veranda, offering 2 fireplaces (wood provided).
