Since 2024, Le Fanal has become a place to discover the world of wine. Leading the workshops, Ms Isabelle Roberty, oenologist and trainer at the Muscadelle wine school, invites you on a sensory journey to explore the best possible pairings between different varieties of wine and the flavours offered by the treasures of the local terroir. To close the season, the evening will be devoted to pairing wine and caviar, allowing you to explore the similarities and differences between these prestigious products. Our partner Caviar de Neuvic will give a presentation on the process of producing and tasting caviar, and four different wines will be tasted for a wonderful and passionate culinary adventure. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, please drink responsibly. Limited to 20 people, not suitable for children under 18 years old.
