66 Degrés" is a creative cuisine restaurant focused on the pursuit of flavor, notably through low-temperature cooking and the use of ultrasound.

The short menu is organized around three themes: Bistro cuisine, vegetarian cuisine and creative cuisine.

The products are fresh, and almost everything is homemade.
