Founded in 1995 by Algerian bassist and composer Youssef Boukella, a former musician with Cheb Mami, the Orchestre National de Barbès makes a stopover in Boulazac!
Named after the famous Paris neighborhood, the group draws its strength from its multicultural, North African musical mix.
