Bordin Winery - Wine tasting

The Chai tasting workshops take place on Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 8 p.m. during school terms. The aim of these evenings is to familiarize participants with tasting terms, learn a few basics about winemaking, terroirs, grape varieties, history, etc., while tasting some very fine vintages. We often open our finest bottles on the theme for the occasion. The event is both educational and fun. There is no obligation to attend all the evenings to appreciate or learn about the wines. All you need is curiosity! The themes are varied and can be by region, grape variety, color, etc. We also do cross-tastings to compare several wines and occasionally blind tastings to awaken the senses!
