Eleven chocolatiers from across the department and beyond will once again offer visitors an exceptional immersion into the gourmet, artisanal and artistic world of chocolate. This year, they will be joined by a special guest from Périgord: Julien Boutonnet, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtissier-Confiseur (Best Craftsman of France in Pastry and Confectionery)...
This new edition will once again bring together all the ingredients that make this event so popular and convivial: live demonstrations and creations, tastings, and entertainment for all. And as in the previous edition, the Château des Izards will host a flea market dedicated to ‘Arts de la table’ (tableware) organised by the Les Belles de Mai association.
