In 1984, Christian ROCHE inherited from a part of the family property, and in 1989 he created his wine cellar in order to become an independent winemaker.
In this way, he realized he had to come back to the basics, that is to say the land and the plant.
The real question is: what are the needs of the plant to produce great grapes to create the best wine possible?
For a few years now, the respect of the environment, deep soil working, grape varieties implantation, plantation densities and the special selections have improved the quality of the wine. And since 2012, they are working in organic agriculture.
